What are some of the benefits of having your site hosted by evula.org? Well, I'm glad you asked!

• Did someone say "free"?
  Well, technically, no, I merely typed it. However, that doesn't stop me from providing a great service at everyone's favorite price: free! Yup, that's right, you get your very own plot of web for zip, zero, zilch. Pretty sweet deal, eh?

  Some of you may ask how I'm able to make this free. Well, I won't lie: I'm a wizard who conjures up webspace whenever I need it. Hrm, no, that's not it. More along the lines of the fact that I use banners to offset the cost. The basic (read: free) package requires that you have a banner image on every page.

  A note on the banners: the graphic banners are part of a closed "network" of banners. You won't see any stupid "catch the monkey to win $50" banners (am I the only one that just can't seem to catch it? Grr...). What you WILL see are banners for similar sites to yours. What's more, all of these banners will be nice and tasteful, and not direct too much attention to them from where the focus should be: your website.

• Ease of Use
  This is pretty damn easy to use. All you have to do is sign up. Once you do that, I start setting up your POP email account, your FTP account, and your section of the site. Once that is set up, I give you the settings, and you get to work on getting your site set up. How is that hard?

• Great Service
  You got a problem with the service that you're getting? Feel like you aren't getting any service whatsoever? Let me know, via either Forum private message (either ev-nova.net or EVula.com forums), email, or AIM. I'm rather easy to get in touch with, so I'll be able to fix whatever problems you might have in relatively short order.

• A Real Community
  All sites hosted by evula.org, with the exception of some of the higher-level accounts, have a Navigation Table on them. This is a table that features four sets of random links, organized in 4 tiers. Each tier has links to another site that is hosted by evula.org. That means that you can provide links to everyone else's site, and you'll get some of their traffic as well. Some membership levels include the option to have double entry into a tier, thereby boosting the number of hits to that site.

  In addition to the Navigation Table, there are the Forums, which are hosted on EVula.com. Each person who signs up gets to have their own board, and they're in complete control of it. Your own board is a great place to discuss things that are specifically about YOUR site, like progress on the plugin you are working on. And, because it's hosted inside a pre-existing forum system, there are already tons of users, and visitors will only have to register once to use my boards, evula.net member boards, and your boards.
